Great experience from start to finish. The seller was great and kept me informed all the way through, including letting me know when the bag was being dispatched. I’m really pleased with the limited-edition Disney rucksack — it’s even better than I expected and I know my daughter is going to absolutely love it! I also loved knowing that the seller had chosen to donate part of the sale to Birmingham Children’s Hospital, which made the purchase feel that little bit more special.
