Designer Giving is an online marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of designer and luxury items. The return terms that apply to your purchase depend on who sold the item. The applicable policy is shown on each product listing.

Business Seller Returns

Applies to items sold by Designer Giving Limited and other business sellers.

  • 14-day cancellation from delivery
  • Return by tracked post
  • You pay return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described
  • We do not offer exchanges

Casual & Private Seller Returns

Applies to items sold by independent casual and private sellers.

  • No change-of-mind returns
  • Report item or order problems within 7 days of delivery
  • Returns only for misdescription, defects, wrong item, counterfeit or non-delivery
  • We do not offer exchanges
