Our CEO Completes the Sahara 100k Trek

In March, Team Carter's brave trekkers embarked on the gruelling 100K Sahara Trek!

The team pushed through extreme heat, treacherous terrain, sandstorms & physical challenges. Despite the harsh conditions, the team's determination & resilience shone through, with every member completing this monumental challenge.

The trek was initiated & largely organised by Lucy Chatting, the CEO of DesignerGiving. Their remarkable efforts paid off, raising an astonishing £110,000 for Birmingham Children's Hospital. This significant contribution will have a lasting impact on research, equipment & the renovation of the front entrance of the hospital.

Huge credit goes to the incredible Team Carter members who bravely took on this challenge & to their supporters who cheered them on every step of the way. Especially the large companies that sponsored the Trek & appeared on the infamous banner that travelled it's way around the Sahara! This achievement wouldn't have been possible without their collective effort, dedication & generosity. Congratulations to Team Carter!
